In this totalitarian State, every aspect of private and public life is controlled. Laws are oppressive, surveillance is total, and privacy is a relic of the past. As the State-installed manager of an apartment building, your daily routine involves maintaining a welcoming environment for your tenants.

But beneath this facade lies your true purpose.

Assigned by the State, your mission is to SPY ON YOUR TENANTS! Your primary tasks include covertly monitoring their activities, eavesdropping on conversations, bugging their apartments during their absence, searching their belongings for any threats to the State's authority, and profiling them for your superiors. You must also report any individuals suspected of law violations or subversive plots against the State.
