Story

The narrative kicks off in a lush forest near the village of Riders, where three young friends—the hero, Lilia, and Cheval—encounter a mysterious, shining egg. In a playful act, they mimic the Rite of Kinship, only to be astonished when the ritual actually works! From the egg emerges a baby Rathalos, a majestic flying wyvern known as “the King of the Skies.” They name him Ratha and bring him home to their village.

Tragedy strikes when a monster infected with “the Black Blight” attacks the village, causing devastation and emotional scars, particularly for Cheval and Lilia. A year later, the hero is bestowed with a Kinship Stone, marking their official transition into a Rider. As Cheval and Lilia venture on their individual quests, the hero, now accompanied by the lively Navirou, sets off on a new adventure in the expansive world of hunters. A tale of friendship and victory unfolds as you ride into the Monster Hunter Stories universe!

- Important Notice Regarding the Network Battle Function: Due to changes in Google Play Games, the Network Battle feature has been discontinued as of March 31, 2020. However, after updating to Ver.1.0.2, you can still access all Titles earned from Battle Ranks.

• To use this app, you must agree to the "Monster Hunter Stories End User License Agreement" (http://game.capcom.com/manual/MHST_mobile/global/en/rule.php) upon first launch.
• The story remains faithful to the introduction of the handheld console version.
• Some features from the handheld console, including specific collaboration content, amiibo functionality, local Network Battles, and StreetPass, are not available in this version.
• Deleting the app will result in the loss of any stored save data.
• The app can only be downloaded via a Wi-Fi connection.
• Battle Party QR codes from the Japanese version are incompatible with this version.
