MotorSim 2: Your Land Vehicle Performance Calculator
MotorSim 2 is a powerful tool for simulating the straight-line acceleration performance of land vehicles. This app is a performance calculator, not a driving game; it focuses solely on the physics of acceleration.
MotorSim 2 lets you meticulously define vehicle specifications and instantly calculates the resulting performance. An interactive simulator provides real-time feedback, including speedometer, tachometer, throttle, brake, and gear shifting (manual or automatic). The app features procedurally generated engine sounds (not samples) and visualizes vehicle position along a 1/4 mile track. Saved simulations ("ghosts") allow for easy performance comparisons between different configurations.

- Torque Curve (power curve automatically defines torque)

- Gear Configuration (up to 10 gears)

Calculated Performance Metrics:
- Maximum Speed
- Acceleration times (0-60 mph, 0-100 km/h, 0-200 km/h, 0-300 km/h, etc.)
- Many other performance parameters measurable via the interactive simulator.
