The Emergence mission in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 marks the campaign's halfway point and represents a significant departure from traditional gameplay. This guide provides a complete walkthrough.

Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility

The mission begins with Case and Marshall inside a Kentucky BioTech facility, navigating toxic gas with gas masks. A malfunctioning elevator leads to a gas mask breach, triggering hallucinations. After the cutscene, you'll find yourself needing to escape.

Locate a locked red-lit door. Use a hatchet found on a mannequin to force it open. Proceed through the hallway, up the stairs, and to a central elevator.

Activating the elevator unleashes zombie mannequins. Eliminate them with your hatchet. A phone call directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You'll receive a map to the Yellow card.

Acquiring the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook

From the security console, follow the map to a yellow staircase. Solve the computer puzzle in the Director's office (answers: "Access" and "Lift"). More zombies await in the A.C.R. room.

After dispatching the zombies, a mannequin holding the Yellow card transforms into an abomination. Before engaging it, gather armor plates, weapons, and a crucial grappling hook.

Use tactical explosives (C4 or grenades) to eliminate the abomination and its horde. Retrieve the Yellow Card from its remains.

Obtaining the Green Card

Use the grappling hook to ascend from the A.C.R. room. Next, acquire the Green Card from the Administration Facility. Grapple to the Administration Facility. Answer the ringing phone.

Find and place four documents in the file display area. Maneuquins will pursue you; sprinting and turning keeps them momentarily frozen. Document locations: desk corner, left side near a round table, center table by a noticeboard, and cafe near a sink. After placing the files, grapple a red mannequin repeatedly to transform it into a Mangler Zombie and obtain the Green Card.

Securing the Blue Card

Grapple across to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone, then locate camera stands around a glass chamber containing the Blue Card. Eliminate the Mimic that appears to claim the card.

The Mimic's ability to disappear requires shooting at moving objects to force its reappearance.

Retrieving the Red Card

Head to the East Wing, following the red carpets to a room with water, a console, and a Mangler. Interact with the console to reveal the Red Card. Use the grappling hook to reach the top area, swim through a red tunnel, climb ladders, and eliminate zombies. Unlock a door using a blacklight-revealed code.

Activate a timer and turn all drain switches within 25 seconds. The final switch requires the grappling hook. After draining the water, pursue the Mangler to obtain the Red Card.

Confronting the Disciple

Insert all four cards into the security desk. Take the elevator to the top floor. Answer the red phone to trigger the final encounter with the Disciple and a horde of zombies. The subsequent cinematic reveals the events as a hallucination.
