By ZacharyApr 14,2025

Get ready for an exciting journey with *Civilization VII*, the latest installment in the iconic series from Firaxis Games and publisher 2K. Mark your calendars for February 11, when this turn-based 4X strategy game will hit the shelves, becoming the gold standard in its genre. The main development is complete, ensuring no further delays, barring any unforeseen issues.

*Civilization VII* will be available across a wide range of platforms, including PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. If you're an owner of the Deluxe or Founders Edition, you'll enjoy early access starting February 6, five days before the official release. Plus, a zero-day patch will be ready on launch day to ensure the smoothest gameplay experience.

The game's roadmap promises a wealth of new content. The first DLC, *Crossroads of the World*, will roll out in two exciting installments in March. In the first stage, players will command Great Britain and Carthage, meeting Ada Lovelace, a computer pioneer and new leader. Three weeks later, the second phase introduces Simon Bolivar as a leader, along with Bulgaria and Nepal as new civilizations.

Looking further ahead, the *Right to Rule* DLC, slated for release between April and September 2025, will bring two more leaders, four new civilizations, and natural wonders to the game, enhancing your strategic options and gameplay experience.

Firaxis is committed to enriching *Civilization VII* with new challenges and events. In March, expect new in-game events and natural wonders like the Bermuda Triangle and Everest to add even more depth to your adventures.
