FFVII Remake, Rebirth Update Fixes Controller Issues

Fixes for Final Fantasy VII Remake are now available on Steam, the Epic Games Store, and PlayStation 5. This update addresses controller vibration issues. The game features Cloud Strife, a former SOLDIER, fighting alongside Avalanche to stop Shinra Electric Power Company from destroying the planet.

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, the sequel continuing the story after the escape from Midgar, receives update 1.080. This update enhances the game's atmosphere and realism, improving the haptic feedback. The PC version launches January 23, 2025. This second installment expands the story and emphasizes exploration.

While Final Fantasy XVI's initial May 2024 sales were disappointing and ultimately fell short of fiscal year projections, the exact figures remain undisclosed. Similarly, Square Enix has not released sales data for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, which also underperformed expectations.

However, Square Enix clarified that they don't consider Final Fantasy VII Rebirth a complete failure and remain confident that Final Fantasy XVI can still meet its targets within the 18-month timeframe.
