Game of Thrones: Kingsroad Drops a Video Showing Three New Classes

Netmarble has unveiled an exciting new trailer for their upcoming RPG, *Game of Thrones: Kingsroad*, giving fans a closer look at the three distinct classes that will be pivotal to the game's action-adventure experience. As the launch date approaches, players are eager to dive into the world of Westeros and engage in its brutal combat.

What Are the Three New Classes Shown in the Game of Thrones: Kingsroad Video?

The three playable classes in *Game of Thrones: Kingsroad* are inspired by the series' most iconic warriors: the Knight, the Sellsword, and the Assassin. Each class brings a unique combat style to the game, showcased vividly in the trailer.

  • Knight: Known for their refined swordplay, Knights slice through enemies with precision and skill, embodying the honor and valor of Westeros's noble warriors.
  • Sellsword: Wielding massive two-handed axes, Sellswords rely on sheer brute force to dominate the battlefield, reflecting the raw power and mercenary spirit of the series.
  • Assassin: Fast and elusive, Assassins strike with deadly finesse, disappearing as quickly as they appear. Their style mirrors the lethal prowess of the Faceless Men.

When Is the Game Launching?

*Game of Thrones: Kingsroad* is slated for a June 2025 release on both PC and mobile platforms. In this game, you'll step into the shoes of an unexpected heir to House Tyre, a minor noble house in the North, during a time when the realm is teetering on the edge of further conflict.

Set against the backdrop of the final stages of the war for the Iron Throne, the game captures the tension of Stannis Baratheon's last desperate bid for power, the North's recovery from the Red Wedding's horrors, and the strategic maneuverings of the Great Houses.

Players got a taste of the game during the Steam Next Fest, which ran from February 24th to March 3rd. While a specific release date hasn't been confirmed yet, keep an eye on the official site for more updates as they become available.
