After a thorough search of the Tezcatepetonco Range, Medkit-OW located the house south of the Masters of the Night-Wind. This discovery sparked a discussion on Reddit, with some players suggesting it might be a lucky spot to wish for Citlali.

While the game's mechanics don't link location to character pull rates, many players value the sentimental connection.
