Wuthering Waves' Version 2.1 will introduce two new 5-star Rinascita characters: Phoebe and Brant. This follows the recent 2.0 update which featured Carlotta and Roccia. While their weapon types and elements remain unconfirmed, lore suggests Phoebe will be a Spectro unit and Brant a sword user.
The announcement, made via the official Wuthering Waves Twitter, indicates Phoebe will likely debut in Phase 1 of Version 2.1, with Brant following in Phase 2. Their arrival leaves only Zani, previously teased in promotional material, as the remaining unannounced Rinascita character. Further character reveals are anticipated within the 2.0 update cycle.
Phoebe, an Acolyte of the Order of the Deep, is described as serene yet joyful. Brant, Captain of the Fool's Troupe (Roccia's group), maintains a carefree exterior while prioritizing his troupe's safety. Both are expected to significantly impact future updates.
Wuthering Waves Version 2.0, concluding around mid-February, also introduced a Jinhsi premium skin and a free Sanhua skin obtainable via an event starting January 23rd. The update added new explorable areas alongside the introduction of the Rinascita system.
