Simple Rules Explained

In Thirty One, each player receives three cards. The objective is to accumulate the highest possible point total in your hand. Points are calculated by summing the values of cards of the same suit: Aces are worth 11 points, face cards (King, Queen, Jack) are valued at 10 points, and other cards count as their face value. Alternatively, you can aim to collect cards of the same rank, which scores 30.5 points if all three cards match.

Players have the option to exchange one or all of their cards or to 'push'. In the first round, the initial player can only push or exchange all cards with those in the middle. The game concludes when a player reaches 31 points or when the turn returns to the player who knocked. If a player loses all their lives, they are eliminated, and the last player standing wins the game.
