In a recent interview, Mizobe discussed the difficulties of bringing Palworld to the Switch, citing its demanding PC specifications. While discussions about new platforms are ongoing, no concrete announcements have been made regarding a Switch release or other potential platforms like PlayStation or mobile. Earlier statements confirmed explorations of expanding to additional platforms, but no specific timelines or commitments exist. Furthermore, while open to partnerships and acquisitions, Pocketpair hasn't engaged in buyout negotiations with Microsoft.

Beyond platform considerations, Mizobe expressed a desire to enhance Palworld's multiplayer aspects. An upcoming arena mode, described as an experiment, will lay the groundwork for future PvP experiences.
