Should You Pull for Makiatto in Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium? Answered

Should you summon Makiatto in Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium? The answer is largely yes, but with some important qualifications.

Why Makiatto is Worth It:

Makiatto remains a top-tier single-target DPS unit, even in the advanced stages of the Chinese server. Her exceptional damage output makes her a valuable asset. However, she requires more active player input than some other units, making her less ideal for fully automated gameplay. Her Freeze ability synergizes incredibly well with Suomi, a top support character, creating a powerful team combination. Even without a dedicated Freeze team, Makiatto is a strong general-purpose DPS option.

Reasons to Skip Makiatto:

If you've already secured a strong starting roster through rerolling, including Qiongjiu, Suomi, and Tololo, then Makiatto might be redundant. While Tololo's damage output might decrease in later stages, potential future buffs are rumored. With Qiongjiu and Tololo already providing solid DPS, and Sharkry supporting Qiongjiu, Makiatto's addition might not significantly improve your progression. In this scenario, saving resources for future characters like Vector and Klukay would be more strategic.

Ultimately, Makiatto's value depends on your current team composition. If you lack a strong secondary DPS unit for boss fights or need to build a second team, she's a worthwhile addition. Otherwise, consider your existing roster before committing your resources. For more Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium guides and tips, check out The Escapist.
